At tagrmagro, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of heavy agricultural and construction machinery, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is defective or significantly not as described on our website.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is in its original condition and has not been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer.

Please note: All sales are final for non-defective items. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

2. How to Submit a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website within 7 days of delivery and provide the following:

Your order number and proof of purchase
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a defect or our error, tagrmagro will cover the return shipping cost.
For large machinery, we will coordinate the return freight arrangement directly with you.
If the return is not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees and any applicable customs or import duties are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we may offer an exchange for the same item subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your options.
