1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or significantly not as described on our website.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is in its original condition and has not been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer.

Please note: All sales are final for non-defective items. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a defect or our error, tagrmagro will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For large machinery, we will coordinate the return freight arrangement directly with you.
  • If the return is not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and any applicable customs or import duties are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
