tagrmagro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and logistics conditions.
For large machinery and equipment, shipping arrangements (including freight, port of delivery, and installation) will be confirmed with the buyer prior to dispatch.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
tagrmagro is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of heavy agricultural and construction machinery, all sales are final unless the product is found to be defective or significantly not as described.
Claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, with photographic or video evidence.
Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Warranty

Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty as specified on the individual product page.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
