At tagrmagro, we ship agricultural and construction machinery to customers worldwide. Due to the size and weight of our equipment, our shipping process differs from standard e-commerce. Please read the following carefully.
1. Shipping Methods
We ship our products via the following methods depending on the size, weight, and destination:
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): The primary shipping method for large machinery such as tractors, bulldozers, harvesters, and planters. Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) options are available.
- Air Freight: Available for smaller equipment and spare parts where speed is required.
- Land/Road Freight: Available for regional deliveries where applicable.
2. Shipping Process
For large machinery orders, our shipping process is as follows:
- After your order is confirmed and payment received, our team will contact you to confirm shipping details including port of destination, preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.), and any special requirements.
- We will provide a proforma invoice and packing list prior to shipment.
- Once the goods are dispatched, we will provide you with the Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill and tracking information.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:
- Southeast Asia: 7–15 business days (sea freight)
- South Asia / Middle East: 15–25 business days (sea freight)
- Africa: 20–35 business days (sea freight)
- Europe / Americas: 25–40 business days (sea freight)
- Air Freight: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the product dimensions, weight, destination port, and chosen shipping method.
- A shipping quote will be provided to you before order confirmation.
- Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applicable in the destination country.
- tagrmagro will provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and other documents as required.
- We recommend consulting your local customs authority or a freight forwarder for guidance on import requirements.
6. Risk & Responsibility
- Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for all shipments, especially for high-value machinery.
- tagrmagro is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or other third parties.
7. Inspection Upon Arrival
We strongly advise inspecting all goods upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt. If any damage or shortage is found:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery document before signing.
- Take photographs or video of the damage immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence so we can assist you promptly.
