2CZ-2 Sugarcane Planter Features：

1. Multifunctional machine. It congregates many functions such as digging, planting, fertilizing, watering and covering with films on one single machine. It can process the complete functions of sugarcane planting.

This sugarcane planter can cut about 5-6 segments per meter, each segment has about 2-3 buds, and one acre of land can plant about 2750-3300 segments, each segment is about 0.2-0.3KG, weighing about 600-1000kg, and sprouts about 6000-8000 buds per acre. There will be death or insect pests in normal growth, and the final effective number of plants will reach 4000-7000 plants.

It can realize ditching, fertilizing, cutting, planting, spraying, covering soil, laying pipe belt, film coating and other mechanized joint operations. Five persons (1 tractor driver, 4 seed workers) can finish the planting. Effectively improve work efficiency, reduce cost and labor intensity. 2CZ-2 sugarcane planter pulled by tractor is suitable for plain and small slope hilly areas. The soil shall be plowed and tilled before planting. It request work with 120hp tractor, including suspension, transmission, hydraulic system assembly, ditch furrow assembly, sugarcane cutter box assembly, fertilizer structure etc.
