TAGRM's M3000 is a medium-sized organic compost turning machinery, with a working width of up to 3m and a working height of 1.43m. Its main structure is made of a very thick steel plate, which provides TEGM’s composting substrate mixer with a strong, stable body, as well as the advantages of corrosion resistance and flexible rotation. It is equipped with 102kw high-power diesel engine, which can easily stir sludge, compost, and other materials with high humidity and high viscosity. Combined with hydraulic integral lifting technology, it can adapt to various complex working conditions and greatly improve work efficiency. It is a very powerful and versatile compost turner.

It is suitable for mixing organic fertilizers with a stacking width of not more than 3 meters and a height of not more than 1.3meter and moderate humidity. It is to used to turn the livestock and poultry dung, agricultural waste, sugar plant filter mud, sludge, garbage and other pollutants through the principle of oxygen consumption fermentation,
WORKING CONDITION of M3000：
1. The compost facility working site should be flat, solid and convex-concave surface more than 50mm is prohibited.
2. The width of the windrow material should be no larger than 3000mm; the height could be max reach 1430mm.
3. The front and the end of the material need 15 m place for turning, the row space of strip material compost hill should be at least 1 meter.

The M3000 compost turner’s roller adopts mechanical transmission and hydraulic clutch power switching mode and transmits the engine power to the working drum through the transfer case + transmission gearbox.
Advantages:

Manganese steel cutters on the roller are strong and corrosion resistant. By scientific spiral design, while the machine crushing the raw materials, mixing and turning the raw materials uniformly with one thousandth dispersion, and filling the compost with oxygen and cooling at the same time.In order to process the organic material in the stack more deeply, the roller also has a lifting function.
