Equipment selection guide

Equipment and tasks

Crawler drive does not mean every model has the same engine, drum transmission or lifting mechanism. Compare these assemblies in the relevant product information. Wheeled M2000 data must not be used for the crawler M2000 shown in this group.

Selection inputs

Start with the required working envelope: windrow width and height, access width and turning area. Check overall machine dimensions and maintenance access as well as the working dimensions. For an existing composting pad, send a measured layout before choosing a model.

Site and operating conditions

Describe material preparation, moisture condition and fibrous content. Discuss the supporting surface and how the machine reaches the operating area. A crawler layout is not a blanket statement of slope capability, ground suitability or compatibility with every organic feedstock.

Configuration boundaries

Processing figures remain conditional on the individual published configuration and its application. Series illustrations used for M6000, M7000 and M8000 are not presented as separate model photographs. Confirm the intended equipment and documentation during the quotation process.
